I suppose a Draw is fine, except that it is at odds with your stated goal to get to USCF 2200. I don’t think anyone with a USCF rating of 2200 or even 2000 would just give an opponent rated under 1800 a Draw with all that material still on the board.
Also, it makes me wonder if you are afraid to play endgames.
That’s the downside of having played such a committal move with 22.b5. At the point I took it I think the draw makes perfect sense. However, I should have not played 22.b5 and instead should have just stayed solid and tried to grind out an advantage.
